I've been dealing with IC like issues since childhood. I've used both conventional and alternative means to treat my symptoms. Most recently, I've discovered how much the mind plays into the condition of IC. My work of late has been on reestablishing a healthier mind/body connection. I've seen incredible results with daily meditation and energy medicine, including: acupuncture, yoga, bioenergetics, and others.
We'd like to update every day & answer everyone's emails...
...but we can't! So sorry. We will update as much as we can, and we will reply to some emails, but because we both have bills to pay, mouths to feed, and IC to deal with, we will simply focus on sharing our journey in hopes that it will inspire and uplift you in your journey.
